Synopsis

The manual has been developed to facilitate the activity of the health professional who works in studying the dietary patterns of the Ecuadorian adult population. It was developed with the objective of facilitating the conduct of dietary surveys by providing an adequate visual resource for the interviewed population to determine the portion size of the foods they consume.
