Conjunto vacío is a book that escapes classification as a novel. The story, guided by set theory, Venn diagrams and tree trunk rings, reflects numerous spatio-temporal experiences of the protagonist who, in the midst of a love breakup and numerous disappointments, devotes herself to organizing the archive of a forgotten writer. She shares her findings among manuscripts, photographs, a telescope manual and love letters, while also narrating the helplessness she feels due to the inexplicable absence of her mother. We are in front of a book that compiles the holes left by the Argentine political exile in the generation of the children, and that defies the limits of graphic and textual language to question time and modern love.
